About Bryan

Bryan Dayton is a litigator who brings a unique strategic advantage to his clients. Before dedicating his practice to plaintiffs, Bryan spent years defending large insurance companies, gaining an insider’s perspective on how they evaluate, devalue, and defend claims. He now uses that playbook against them, combining his tactical knowledge with deep experience gained at a boutique firm fighting for victims of nursing home negligence and elder abuse. A cum laude graduate of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, Bryan approaches every case with the discipline and meticulous preparation required to win against powerful opposition.

In addition to his legal practice, Bryan is a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves and a graduate of The Citadel, as well as the U.S. Army Ranger, Airborne, and Air Assault schools. This background of service and perseverance defines his approach to advocacy—he does not back down from a fight. A resident of Dunwoody, Bryan is committed to serving his community with integrity, offering injured individuals and their families a relentless ally in the courtroom.
